Revenow accepts CSV (UTF-8) and Excel (.xlsx) files up to 20 MB.
Recommended columns: - Customer identifier (email or external id) - Customer name (optional but improves report readability) - Last purchase or invoice date - Total revenue to date - Order count
Any additional columns are preserved as metadata. The mapping step lets you confirm which column contains which field before the analysis runs.
