Find Inactive Customers and Revenue Opportunities in WooCommerce

Your WooCommerce store records every order, but it doesn't tell you which loyal buyers have quietly stopped coming back. Revenow reads your order history and shows exactly that.

The Challenge for WooCommerce Users

WooCommerce reports focus on sales totals and top products. Finding customers who used to reorder and haven't in months means exporting orders and analyzing them by hand.

For stores selling consumables, refills or seasonal products, those lapsed repeat buyers are often the cheapest revenue to win back.

Data You Need

  • Orders with customer, order date and order total
  • Customer identity from the order (account or billing email)
  • Read-only REST API key generated in WooCommerce settings

See how to prepare customer data for formatting tips.

Connecting WooCommerce

  1. In WooCommerce, create a REST API key with Read permission.
  2. In Revenow, choose WooCommerce and enter your store URL and the key.
  3. Revenow imports your order history. It never writes to your store.

You can also export orders to CSV and upload the file; you may need to confirm the column mapping.

The direct connection is set up after signing in and requires the Report plan or Pro. See pricing.

How Revenow Analyzes the Data

Orders are grouped per customer to show order frequency, total spend and the date of the last purchase.

Customers are classified with Generic 1.0 relative to the analysis reference date (under 60 days active, 60–89 at risk, 90+ inactive). Inactive customers contribute to estimated recoverable revenue; at-risk customers to revenue at risk.

All figures are estimates based on past activity, not guaranteed recovered revenue. Revenow doesn't contact customers for you.

Illustrative Example

Hypothetical business and figures.

A coffee-bean store finds that 140 customers who ordered at least four times last year have now gone over 90 days without an order. Sorted by past spend, the top 30 become the first win-back list.

Who Benefits

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are matched to customers using the identity available on the order, such as the billing email.

Will Revenow email my customers?

No. Revenow identifies and prioritizes customers; you contact them with your own tools.

Which plan do I need?

The direct WooCommerce connection requires the Report or Pro plan.
