Revenow is a revenue intelligence platform that helps businesses analyze customer data, identify revenue opportunities, and improve customer recovery workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, product, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This page is maintained by the Revenow team as customer-facing documentation. It is not a legal certification or an independent audit of our controls, and it should be reviewed by your legal counsel for your specific requirements.

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, workspace details, and profile information you provide.

Business data

You may upload CSV files containing customer information, revenue history, and customer activity. Revenow uses this data to power your analyses inside your workspace.

Usage data

We collect information about how you interact with the product — feature usage, browser and device information, and product analytics events — to improve the Service.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Revenow does not store complete payment card information on our systems.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the analysis and recovery features of the Service.
• Generate insights, summaries, and reports inside your workspace.
• Manage your account, billing, and subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about product changes, security, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and abuse.

Revenow uses AI features to generate explanations, natural-language summaries, and recovery recommendations from your analyses.

AI does not calculate or modify financial metrics. Revenue calculations, opportunity scoring, and recovery estimates are produced by Revenow's deterministic analysis engine. AI models only describe or summarize results produced by that engine.

Prompts sent to AI providers may include aggregated or excerpted portions of your analysis output required to generate a useful response. We do not use your business data to train third-party foundation models.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to upload any customer information into Revenow, and for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

You retain ownership of the customer data you upload to your workspace.

We take a defense-in-depth approach to protecting your workspace, including:

• Authentication controls for account access.
• Row-level security policies that isolate each workspace's data.
• Access restrictions on administrative and internal tooling.
• Reputable third-party providers for hosting, database, and payments.

No system is 100% secure. We continue to invest in our security posture and will update this page as our practices evolve.

Revenow relies on a small set of third-party providers to deliver the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database infrastructure.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• AI providers — generating natural-language summaries and recommendations from your analyses.
• Analytics providers — measuring aggregated product usage to improve the Service.

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings, subject to any obligations we have to retain records for legal, billing, or security reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update your account information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated workspace data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
