Find Revenue Recovery Opportunities From QuickBooks Data

Your books already show who your customers are and when they last generated revenue. Revenow reads that history to surface the customers whose repeat business has dried up.

The Challenge for QuickBooks Online Users

Accounting tools are built to record transactions, not to warn you that a regular account has gone quiet. B2B and service firms often notice only when the year-end numbers come in lower.

Revenow looks at customer-level revenue activity. It does not correct invoices, reconcile accounts or chase overdue payments.

Data You Need

  • Customers and their revenue transactions in QuickBooks Online
  • Transaction dates and amounts
  • Read-only accounting access via QuickBooks sign-in

Connecting QuickBooks Online

  1. In Revenow, choose QuickBooks Online and sign in with Intuit.
  2. Approve read-only accounting access for your company.
  3. Revenow imports customer revenue activity. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in QuickBooks.

The direct connection is set up after signing in and requires the Report plan or Pro. See pricing.

How Revenow Analyzes the Data

For each customer, Revenow finds the most recent revenue date and counts days to the analysis reference date: under 60 active, 60–89 at risk, 90+ inactive (Generic 1.0).

Estimated recoverable revenue (inactive) and revenue at risk (at risk) are calculated from each customer's past activity. They are not accounting figures and don't change your books.

All figures are estimates based on past activity, not guaranteed recovered revenue. Revenow doesn't contact customers for you.

Illustrative Example

Hypothetical business and figures.

A print shop billing 260 business clients finds 18 clients who used to order quarterly with no revenue in over 90 days. The owner reviews them before planning next quarter's sales calls.
