Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Revenow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Revenow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

This page is maintained by the Revenow team. It is not a substitute for advice from your legal counsel.

Revenow provides:

• Customer intelligence and revenue opportunity analysis.
• Recovery workflows and prioritized recommendations.
• AI-generated summaries and explanations of your analysis output.
• ROI tracking dashboards.
• Optional third-party integrations that you can connect to and disconnect from your workspace.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Providing accurate account and workspace information.
• Ensuring you have the right to upload any data you bring into the Service.
• Activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
• Upload customer data you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service or other users.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

Revenow currently offers a free tier and two paid ways to unlock report functionality:

• Free ($0) — you can create an account, upload or connect data, and run an analysis with a limited preview of the results. Full report results, CSV export, and report AI features stay locked until you purchase a report unlock or Revenow Pro.
• One-time report unlock ($49) — a single, one-time purchase that permanently unlocks exactly one report, along with its CSV export and report AI features. This unlock does not expire and is not tied to an ongoing subscription.
• Revenow Pro ($99/month) — a recurring monthly subscription that unlocks all reports owned by the entitled (subscribing) user within their workspace, for as long as the subscription remains active and entitled. Revenow Pro does not include a free trial.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Revenow never stores your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Cancelling Pro vs. losing access

If you cancel Revenow Pro, you keep Pro-level access until the end of your current paid billing period. When the subscription period ends (through cancellation or a failed renewal), Revenow removes only the access that was granted by Pro. Any report you separately unlocked with a one-time $49 purchase remains permanently unlocked regardless of your Pro status.

Refunds and revoked unlocks

If a one-time report unlock is refunded, access to that report (including its export and report AI features) is revoked. See "Refund Policy" below for how refunds are evaluated.

Disconnecting integrations, cancelling, and deleting your account

These are three distinct actions with different effects:

• Disconnecting an integration stops Revenow from syncing with that third-party service going forward. It does not cancel your subscription, remove report unlocks, or delete your account or existing data.
• Cancelling your subscription stops future billing and, at the end of the current period, removes Pro-derived access only. Your account, uploaded files, analyses, and any individually unlocked reports are not deleted.
• Deleting your account is a separate, more permanent action you start yourself in Settings → Danger zone. A successful deletion removes your access to the Service along with your uploaded files, analyses, workspace data, integration credentials, and support attachments. If a step fails, deletion is not completed and you will be asked to try again. Backups and records held by our payment and email providers may be retained under their own legal obligations. You can also reach us through /contact for help. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription for you — cancel Pro first.

If you're unhappy with Revenow, contact us through /contact and we'll work with you in good faith. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion. If a one-time report unlock is refunded, access to that report is revoked. This section can be updated as our refund practices evolve.

AI-generated summaries and recommendations in Revenow are provided as business assistance. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, financial, or legal advice.

You remain responsible for the business decisions you make based on Revenow's output. Revenow does not guarantee any specific revenue recovery outcome.

Revenow owns all rights in the Service, including the software, product design, branding, and underlying technology. You retain all rights in the business data you upload to your workspace.

We may improve, update, or temporarily modify features and availability of the Service. We may also introduce or retire features. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or abuse risk to the Service or its users. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Danger zone, or reach us through /contact if you need help.
