By creating an account or using Revenow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Revenow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

This page is maintained by the Revenow team. It is not a substitute for advice from your legal counsel.

Revenow provides:

• Customer intelligence and revenue opportunity analysis.
• Recovery workflows and prioritized recommendations.
• AI-generated summaries and explanations of your analysis output.
• ROI tracking dashboards.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Providing accurate account and workspace information.
• Ensuring you have the right to upload any data you bring into the Service.
• Activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law.
• Upload customer data you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service or other users.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

Revenow currently offers:

• One-time Report — a single purchase that unlocks the selected report functionality for the associated analysis.
• Revenow Pro — a recurring monthly subscription providing continuous access to Pro features.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Failed payments may result in temporary loss of access to Pro features.

If you're unhappy with Revenow, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion. This section can be updated as our refund practices evolve.

AI-generated summaries and recommendations in Revenow are provided as business assistance. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional, financial, or legal advice.

You remain responsible for the business decisions you make based on Revenow's output. Revenow does not guarantee any specific revenue recovery outcome.

Revenow owns all rights in the Service, including the software, product design, branding, and underlying technology. You retain all rights in the business data you upload to your workspace.

We may improve, update, or temporarily modify features and availability of the Service. We may also introduce or retire features. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or abuse risk to the Service or its users. You may request account deletion from Settings at any time.
