Data Protection Principles
Revenow is designed around a small set of principles that guide how we build and operate the platform:
- Every workspace is isolated at the database layer.
- Access to internal tooling is limited and audited.
- We collect the minimum data required to power the analysis engine.
- Third-party providers are chosen for their maturity and security posture.
This page is app-owner editable content maintained by the Revenow team. It is not a certification or an independent security audit.
Customer Data Ownership
You own the customer data you upload to Revenow. We use it to power your workspace — nothing more. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.
AI Transparency
Revenow's AI features generate explanations, natural-language summaries, and recovery recommendations. They do not calculate or modify any financial metric — revenue analysis, opportunity scoring, and recovery estimates are produced by our deterministic engine.
When AI features are used, prompts include only the aggregated or excerpted portions of analysis output required to generate a useful response.
Secure Processing
Controls we currently rely on to protect customer data include:
- Authentication for every account, including social sign-in.
- Row-level security policies that scope reads and writes to your workspace.
- Encrypted connections between the browser, our servers, and providers.
- Reputable managed providers for database, hosting, and payments.
If you believe you've found a security issue, email security@getrevenow.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Compliance & Certifications
Revenow is a growing company and does not currently claim independent audit or regulatory certifications. As our compliance program matures we'll publish specifics here — until then, please review our Privacy Policy and reach out to the team with any questions.
