Payment succeeded but report is still locked
Entitlements sync automatically — here's how to force it.
Entitlements are granted by a webhook from Lemon Squeezy, usually within a few seconds. If your report is still locked after two minutes, refresh the page. If it's still locked, contact support with your order id and we'll grant access manually.
