The Challenge for PayPal Users
PayPal activity lists show individual payments, not customer histories. Spotting a buyer who used to pay every month and hasn't for three months is hard by scrolling.
Revenow analyzes completed transactions only. It does not initiate payments, process refunds or recover payments.

Using PayPal Data Today
- In PayPal, download your activity report as CSV.
- Keep completed payments received; remove refunds, transfers and fees.
- Upload the file to Revenow and confirm the mapping.
PayPal exports contain many transaction types, so filtering to completed payments matters.
How Revenow Analyzes the Data
Payments are grouped per payer and classified with Generic 1.0 relative to the analysis reference date (60 and 90 days).
Inactive payers contribute to estimated recoverable revenue and at-risk payers to revenue at risk; both are estimates.
All figures are estimates based on past activity, not guaranteed recovered revenue. Revenow doesn't contact customers for you.
